REVERSE THE EFFECTS OF AGEING!

"We live in a century which has resulted in highly accelerated advancements in science and technology. At the turn of the century, man began to fly, and today we can even fly to the moon. Isn’t it reasonable to expect that Science today should discover the technology of reverse aging?

Well, Science has!

The beginning of aging

The process of metabolism, the oxidation (burning) of nutrients to get energy to function, creates residue waste products that the body has to get rid of. The question is how well or how quickly are we getting rid of all these waste products? The waste products we do not discard completely must be stored within our body somewhere. The process of aging which starts from the very beginning of our life, is the accumulation of these non-disposed waste products. Cells deteriorate because the waste products are being accumulated. Can you imagine a house that is only allowed to throw out 99,9% of its garbage that it produces every day?

If we can somehow pull out old waste products that we have stored within our body from a few years ago, we will grow that much younger. This is "reverse aging". Not to turn the chronological clock back or the removal of wrinkles to look young while your interior is old. Reverse aging is to reduce the accumulated waste products of a 50 year old body to the level of a 40 year old body or even younger. If the accumulated wastes have not caused irreversible damage to body tissues and organs by that time, their functions could be revived.

What are these waste products? In order for our body to function and grow, we must eat food. Food is generally classified into carbohydrates, proteins and fat. All of these foods are made from four basic elements carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen. Carbohydrates do not contain nitrogen. All four elements are abundant in the air. Mixed in with these foods are many inorganic minerals they are classified into two categories, namely acid forming elements such as sulfur, phosphorous, chlorine and iodine and alkaline forming elements such as sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. These minerals provide essential functions to sustain our body. 97% of all foods (C, N, H and O) are not completely oxidized (metabolized) by the cells and the acidity or alkalinity of these inorganic minerals leave organic acid waste products with no help from the inorganic acid minerals. The amount of these organic wastes created is much greater than the acidic or alkaline residues created by inorganic minerals in food. For this reason even if you eat nothing but alkaline forming foods, your urine will be acidic and so will your perspiration. Examples of organic waste products are Acetic, Lactic, Uric, Carbonic and Fatty Acids, Cholesterol and Ammonia. Inorganic byproducts from minerals found in food are Sulfuric, Hydrochloric and Phosphoric Acids. These poisonous acids must be disposed from our body. But they must be neutralized to become less harmful substances otherwise they can damage the kidneys and other organs. Alkaline minerals can neutralize these poisons. The important thing to remember is the fact that all foods, health or junk, expensive or not, good tasting or bad produce acidic waste products that our body has to get rid of. The disposal of these acidic waste products is what we need in order to stay young and healthy.

Herman Aihara, in his book "Acid and Alkaline" states that: "If the condition of our extracellular fluids especially the blood becomes acidic, our physical condition will first manifest tiredness, proneness to catching colds, etc. When these fluids become more acidic, our condition then manifests pains and suffering such as headaches, chest pains, stomach aches, etc. According to Keiichi Morishita in his Hidden Truth of Cancer, if the blood develops a more acidic condition, then our body inevitably deposits these excess acidic substances in some area of the body such so that the blood will be able to maintain an alkaline condition.

As this tendency continues, such areas increase in acidity and some cells die; then these dead cells themselves turn into acids. Some other cells adapt to that environment and instead of dying as normal cells do in an acid environment - they become abnormal malignant cells that do not correspond with brain function or DNA memory. They grow indefinitely without order. These are cancer cells."

Many different forms of arthritis and gout are the result of acid accumulation in the joints this damages the cartilage’s and irritates the joints. Kidney diseases such as Nephritis, uremic poisoning, bladder diseases, kidney stones etc are all acid related conditions. Both chronic diarrhea and constipation are acid build-ups.

Fat is caused by fatty acid build-up. Acid coagulates blood, and there is not much blood flow around fat. Usually the capillaries around the acid accumulation are clogged up. Although there are many exceptions, these fatty acids generally form under the skin especially around the waistline for men and around hips, thighs and breasts for women. Any organs or tissues near the acid accumulation get a smaller supply of blood and can get damaged in the long run.

The accumulation of these leftover waste products is the aging process, therefore, reverse aging is the process of discharging accumulated waste products. If we can help our body to dispose of 100+ percent of the acid waste products daily, we can eat any food we enjoy and still can maintain good health. This is much better than worrying about what to eat and what not to eat and miss out on some valuable enzymes that exist only in certain kinds of foods. The disposal of these acidic waste products is what we need to do in order to stay young and healthy.

Exercise - this is the one which doctors recommend. Exercise provides many benefits such as toning muscles, burning of calories etc. Another one of the benefits is to elevate the body’s internal temperature and to expand clogged up capillary vessels in order to suck out old wastes or fat that you have stored for later use. If you over exercise without resting you create lactic acidic from exercising and drag old wastes into your blood, making you highly acidic. That’s why sometimes you feel dizzy and faint during exercise.

Hot bath, sauna, massage and fasting - Raising the internal temperature in a hot bath or sauna can also make you feel faint because again the toxic acid wastes are getting into your blood. A massage also squeezes out old wastes too. Fasting is another method to extract accumulated wastes. In an effort to survive in the absence of incoming food the body looks for stored fat for energy. Stored with the fat are other acid toxins and dead cells which are acidic. The waste products generated during fasting are much more acidic than during normal time. This means that there is a great risk of losing valuable body alkaline minerals.

The simplest way - Ionized Water, it only takes drinking 5 glasses of this alkaline rich, oxygenated, acid-free, pH balanced water to remove acid, age producing wastes and start the rejuvenation process. Simple?!

The goal of the game is to help your body dispose of more acidic waste products. The more the better. Since waste products are carried out by the blood and disposed of in liquid form, drinking the right kind of water which has a lighter molecular weight than any food and can move through tissues rapidly, can score more points.

When we talk about the subject of "water and health", we usually think of water filters. The main purpose of a water filter is to remove harmful pollutants in the water so that they won’t enter our body. It is a defensive device. The device necessary to make the acid free alkaline water is called a water ionizer. There is no other water treatment device that produces oxygen rich, alkaline water with the pH of 10. Ionized water does not leach out valuable alkaline minerals such as potassium, magnesium, sodium, calcium (as does distilled or reverse osmosis water).sults of drinking ionized water

Drinking alkaline water lowers blood pressure because high pH blood contains more oxygen and the heart doesn’t have to work as hard, the viscosity of high pH blood is low so the heart doesn’t have to pump so hard and calcium ions in alkaline water dissolve plaque and build-up in the artery walls, thus opening up the passage.

Doctors advise patients with hypertension not to eat too much fatty food, to cut out meat, and stop smoking. The commonality of all these things is that they rob you of oxygen. All acidic foods and drinks lowers your blood oxygen level.

Dr Keijiro Kuwabara of Japan has been clinically treating diabetes successfully by use of alkaline water. Alkaline water by supplying calcium in an ionized form and by helping prevent excess protein build-up, can prevent and heal this condition. This will not help in diabetes due to a damaged pancreas.

Other diseases which oxygen rich, alkaline, pH balanced water can heal are: asthma, hay fever, allergies, hyperacidity, indigestion, gas, nausea, osteoporosis, morning sickness, poor eyesight. Drinking this water significantly raises your level of immunity to diseases.

Drinking ionized water is a powerful antioxidant. In the human body oxidation is caused by free radicals which are oxygen molecules that have lost an electron and become unstable, they then gain their missing electron from a healthy cell thus causing damage.

Ionized means that it has gained or lost an electron. In the case of ionized water, an electron is grabbed from one oxygen molecule and donated to another making that oxygen molecule become an antioxidant. Antioxidants such as Vitamins A, C and E all have the characteristic of possessing an extra electron. Drinking ionized water provides increased oxygen. Increased oxygen is also anti-bacterial as most bacteria are anaerobic. It is miraculous that normal tap water can be turned into an antioxidant. Not only that but it is an efficient antioxidant because it is a liquid with small water clusters and thus can be more easily absorbed into the body.

Virtually all liquids have an Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP), which is the millivoltage it possesses. Normal tap water has a 300 to 400 ORP, meaning that the potential for reducing oxidation is non existent. Only a negative ORP can reduce or negate oxidation. Alkaline ionized water has a -350 to -250 ORP. This means it has a very high potential for reducing oxidation (decay/ageing). Freshly squeezed organic orange juice has a -250 ORP.

The benefits of drinking and using ionized water

Gives you lots of energy. Hydrates body up to three times more effectively than conventional water. Nutrients are absorbed more readily. Minerals are more easily assimilated by the body. Promotes regularity and overall good digestion. Raises level of immunity. Powerful Detoxifier. Reverses Ageing. Dried legumes are hydrated quicker. Water boils/cools faster. Powders such as flour are more thoroughly mixed.

NATURES TWO KINDS OF WATER

Mountain spring water from rocks contains very little acid minerals and generally has a neutral to alkaline pH, good for drinking. On the other hand, hot spring water is nothing but acid. We know that people like to bathe in hot springs to get healthier skin. Human skin is acidic in order to kill viruses and bacteria and therefore bathing in this water restores the skins acidity and melts out old wastes into the blood so they can be discharged. Man-supplied city water has both kinds of acid and alkaline minerals mixed together, hence the need for separation.

In the early days of man’s history we didn’t eat so much acidic food, drink so many acidic soft drinks, suffer from today’s stress and pollution and therefore the amount of alkaline minerals in mountain spring water was sufficient. With our lifestyles today we need a higher concentration of alkaline mineral water than what nature provides."

So, the obvious first step to health and longevity is to take action and drink alkaline ionized water. The ageing process is slow and so is the reverse ageing process but perseverance and patience pays off in the end and all it takes is five glasses of ionized water a day!
